All wooden parts are carefully cut to provide a precise
fit. Detailed directions provide many diagrams and step-by
-step instructions. All hardware, including strings and
pins, is included. The only supplies needed are glue and
finishing materials. Minimally, an electric drill, clamps,
and basic woodworking skills are needed to successfully
complete your hammer dulcimer.

Dulcimer Stand Kits
|
We offer 2 sizes of dulcimer stand kits. The Tall Stand Kit holds the front edge of the dulcimer 37” off the floor. This is a good height for playing while standing up. The Short Stand Kit holds the front edge of the dulcimer 25” above the floor, a good height for playing while sitting down.
These stand kits are build of hardwood, sometimes poplar, sometimes soft maple. They are amazingly sturdy and lightweight and hold virtually an size of dulcimer. They are very portable, weighing about 5 pounds and, when assembled, folding up to just 3” x 2” x 46” for the tall or 3” x 2” x 34” for the short stand.
